Assist to Coatesville on Two Working Fires

Thorndale Fire Company, February 15

Station 38 was kept busy on Monday night into Tuesday, assisting Coatesville Fire Department with two working fires. At 20:25 hours Engine 38, with surrounding mutual aid companies were dispatched to assist Coatesville Fire Department in the 300 Block of Lincoln Hwy for a building fire. While many parents were out clearing driveways and sidewalks following Monday’s snowstorm, some Marshall Circle youngsters were busy clearing fire hydrants of snow to provide faster access to hydrants should they be needed in an emergency.

Residential Fire in Barley Sheaf Farms

On Wednesday January 13th shortly after 7pm, as crews were gathering for the start of our weekly training night, Station 38 was dispatched along with several other departments to reported house fire in the 300 Block of Barclay Street in the Barley Sheaf Farms section of Caln Township.
