Reported House Fire
Thorndale Fire Company, April 02
At 01:00 Hours, Station 38 & mutual aide were dispatched to the 3300 Block of Walnut Street for a reported house fire. Chief 38 arrived to a 2-story twin with nothing showing side Alpha, Bravo, & Delta. Engine 38 arrived as the first due engine; crews stretched a line & began investigating. The source was determined to be a discarded cigarette, and the incident was scaled back to 2&1.

Vehicle Fire in The 1800 Blk of Lincoln Hwy
Thorndale Fire Company, April 01
At 14:54 hours, Stations 38 & 76 were dispatched for a reported car fire in the 1800 block of Lincoln Hwy. Chief 38 & Engine 76 arrived to find a single vehicle with fire from the engine compartment & exposure to the building. Ladder 41 was requested to check the roof for extension. Due to the quick response from 76, 38, & 41, there was no extension to the building.

CPR and Stop The Bleed Training

Join the Caln Township Firefighters, Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company, and Minquas Fire Company No. 2 in celebrating National EMS week and Stop the Bleed Month with this free event.
On May 24th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM free CPR and Stop the Bleed training will be offered.

Two Alarm Fire in Coatesville

At 11:14 hours the company was dispatched as part of the first alarm assignment to the 300 block of S. First Avenue to assist the Coatesville Fire Department with a building fire. Ladder 41 arrived on the scene reporting fire showing from division two on three structures in the middle of the row. Chief 43 arrived and assumed First Avenue Command.
