At approximately 4:38 AM, Station 38 was dispatched assist Downingtown Fire Department in the 100 block of Saint Joseph Lane in Downingtown Borough for a House Fire. Downingtown Police and Assistant 45 were first to arrive on the scene, confirming visible fire coming from the front window of the second floor. Luckily all occupants had safely evacuated the home.
