Fire Prevention Week started off with a visit to Copeland Run Academy.
Career Firefighters Kyle Vaughn, Justin Richway, and CJ Kronmuller gave a tour of the Rescue truck. CFF Kronmuller donned his fire gear and SCBA to show the students what firefighters wear and to not be afraid.

Firefighter Kim Mattson provided education about fire safety and the importance of having smoke detectors.
The students were able to see the Rescue truck and Firefighters leave the school to respond to an alarm. The students were very happy, that the Rescue truck returned, and were able to complete our visit.
