Thorndale Vol. Fire Company Hall Rental
Thank you for your inquiry regarding a possible Thorndale Vol. Fire Company hall rental. Below is some helpful information pertaining to Hall rentals.
• Hall Occupancy 125-130 with tables and chairs set up.
• The Hall is located on the street level, there are no steps, and it is completely handicap accessible, including restrooms.
• Round (60”) and Rectangular (8’) tables available; we have 11 Round (60”) and 4 Rectangular (8’)
• Renter is responsible for setting up the hall themselves and the breaking down of the hall. You must leave the hall exactly as you found it.
• We ONLY provide the tables and chairs; you are responsible for plates, napkins, table linens or covers, cups, decorations and etc.
• There is NO use of kitchen.
• You may bring in your own food, beverages and music.
• The security deposit ($250.00) is DUE ASAP because this holds/confirms the rental date. We only hold a date for 24/48 hrs. The security deposit is NOT included or go towards the hall rental charge.
Hall Rental prices are as follows
* Fees Based on 4 Hours* - All events MUST end at 12 AM (Midnight)**
* All rates include the use of the hall facilities for up to 4 hours, hour set-up and clean-up*
• Mondays thru Thursday $200.00 Non-Members or $100.00 Members
• Fridays until 4pm $350.00 Non-Members or $125.00 Members
• Sundays $350.00 Non-Members or $125.00 Members
• Saturdays until 4pm $350.00 Non-Members or $175.00 Members
• Fridays and Saturdays after 4pm $550.00 Non Members or $250.00 Members
• Wedding Rate Rental or All Day Rental $725.00
* Based on a 8 hour time frame (3hrs setup + 4hr event + 1hr cleanup)
• Additional Hour $100.00 Non-Bar Function or $200.00 Bar Function
• A refundable $250.00 security deposit is required at contact time to secure your time slot. The security deposit is NOT included in the Hall Fee, this is an additional charge.

Banquet Hall is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
• All functions/events WILL have security present during the duration of your event.
• A Bar is available if requested; Bartender & Security person additional fee of $200.00
• If no Bar is requested additional fee of $75.00 will be charge for hall monitor. A Hall Monitor will be present at all events that are held at the Thorndale Vol. Fire Company, this is non-negotiable.
